Craig Ballantyne’s book “Just Say NO to Cardio” helps people lose fat in the comfort of their own home without expensive equipment or fancy machines.
Toronto fitness expert and Men’s Health magazine contributor, Craig Ballantyne, released his new book, “Just Say NO to Cardio” today to share his trademarked Turbulence Training workout system with frustrated men and women who aren’t losing weight despite doing hours of long, slow cardio.
Craig’s research has uncovered why men and women don’t get results with cardio, and has identified research-proven exercise techniques that help men and women get more results in less exercise time. His Turbulence Training workouts include resistance training supersets, bodyweight exercises and circuits, and interval training.
Research has shown that some men and women end up over-eating after starting a traditional cardio program. Other research from Canada and Australia has found that interval training works better for fat loss when compared to longer, traditional cardio workouts.
Craig’s experience training thousands of men and women in-person and online has verified that interval training is one of the key components of an effective and efficient fat loss program. Men and women from all corners of the globe have used his Turbulence Training workouts and his programs found in Men’s Health magazine, Oxygen magazine, and Muscle and Fitness Hers.
"Men and women no longer need to waste hours and hours doing a form of exercise they hate," said Craig Ballantyne, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. "Research and experience shows that not only is interval training more effective, but the workouts are shorter and more enjoyable."
