Nov. 2, 2008 - PRLog -- 11/30/2005 - CIGNA, one of the nation’s largest employee benefits provider, has signed a 30,870 square foot lease at the Dublin Hall Building in the Sentry Park West office complex (Fund I) located in Blue Bell, PA. There were various factors that made this deal attractive to CIGNA such as the existing CIGNA tenancy at the building, parking that accommodates their needs, ability to occupy a full floor and its low floor factor, and the accessibility of the location. Now, the complex reflects an occupancy rate of 84% up from 72% in the previous month, bringing Sentry Park West nearer to stabilization.
