New Hampshire Residents Discover New Diet and Excercise Pill

Wilczek recently launched BeFitNH.com to educate her New Hampshire fitness clients about the right way to diet and exercise. The website offers advice on aerobic, resistance, flexibility, physio ball, medicine ball and balance training. Among other things, BeFitNH.com explains how to read food labels for better health.

Bogart Computing, LLC (BogartComputing.com) created the website using the Joomla Content Management System (CMS). Owner Caroline Bogart explains, "Joomla is the most popular website builder software today. Customers can easily update their own website articles. "What I love about my website," Wilczek adds, "is its versatility. I can change any of the content myself anytime I want. I could have the theme changed easily. And it looks great! I've gotten many compliments on how easy it is to read through and how nice it looks."

Wilczek is an in-home personal trainer. She travels to clients within a 30 minute radius of Goffstown, NH. Served towns include Amherst, Bedford, Bow, Concord, Dunbarton, Goffstown, Hooksett, Litchfield, Londonderry, Manchester, Merrimack, New Boston and Weare. "I wanted a website because it’s the way to reach people now.  No one I know uses the telephone book anymore."

Bogart specializes in websites as marketing tools for small businesses. "To get high Google rankings you want two things from your website," she says. "Content that shows you are an authority in your field, and incoming links from respected websites also in your field. This is the Authority and Trust model of web marketing."
