Zoombala.com’s Founding Sponsor is UK based Inspiris. “For those passionate about fighting poverty, there have been two remarkable trends in the last couple of years” states Zahid Torres-Rahamn, Director of Inspiris and Founder of Business Fights Poverty.
“One is the groundswell of interest in the role of business in fighting poverty, with social entrepreneurship offering the most innovative examples of this in practice” continues Zahid.
“The other is the power of new technology to transform this interest into scalable action. CSEF’s Zoombala.com – North America’s first social network and online platform developed by social entrepreneurs for social entrepreneurs – will provide an exciting way to harness the collective energies, experiences and insights of the world’s most pioneering social entrepreneurs.
