USA, Greensboro, North Carolina has a little deli named Maria's that shows Robert Kernodle's Fluidism - Art Of Fluid. Maria's is a gourmet shop located at 2130 Lawndale Drive, near the intersection of Sunset Drive. Known mainly for its appeal to tastebuds, lately Maria's has a small gallery space that appeals mainly to the eyes. On a mantle, near the front entrance, to the left,... a fascinating group of artworks glows under modest track lighting. A collection of original paintings asks us to gaze at the primal building blocks of a creative cosmos, while we ponder the essence of reality itself.
With titles like "Photon Chorus" and "Songs Of An Infinite Sky", these artworks not only command our gaze, but also call to our spirit -- that mysterious aspect of ourselves connecting us to the whole universe. Other titles include: "Orchid Of Osiris", "Cataclysmic Symphony No.2", "Metaclock", and "On Holiday In Some Other World". In total, five works at a time are presented in a neatly stacked arrangement that radiates lots of pleasing vibes from a little gallery space -- desserts for the eyes, along with a tasty sandwich, perhaps.
