Katrina Foley Urges Voters to the Polls

PR Log (Press Release) – Nov 01, 2008 – The re-election team of Katrina Foley is out in force urging voters to get to the polls.  In this historical election they want every Costa Mesa resident to exercise their right to vote.

The team is letting voters know that the polls are open from  7:00 am to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 4th, 2008.  And, If a resident does not know where their polling place is located, they are giving them this phone number to call 714-567-7600.

And, of course, telling voters about Katrina Foley and why she should be re-elected. Afterall, Councilmember Katrina Foley has a genuine interest in Costa Mesa’s future.  Her husband, Casey Swanson, is a teacher, a volunteer sports coach, and a graduate of Estancia.  They are Mesa del Mar homeowners with two children who attend Costa Mesa public schools.  They are active in PTA and neighborhood associations.

Foley plays a significant role as a member of the Costa Mesa United Foundation that helped build the new Scott Stadium at Estancia.  As a member of the Youth Sports Council, she continues to work to help build the Aquatic Center at Costa Mesa High School and to fund athletic facility improvements.

Councilmember Katrina Foley is committed to working to make Costa Mesa a better city for families -- she is the best single candidate for City Council on the ballot.
