MN Angels Clinic, specializing in Adult and Pediatric Care, is providing individualized care, unique to Toledo and Wauseon. Our family practices follow a holistic approach to medicine. The MN Angels Clinic has added a new member to its team, Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP), Monica Wilson. Monica brings pediatric offerings to the Toledo and Wauseon locations.

Doctor Georges T. Jabaly is the Founder and Director of the MN Angels Clinic. Dr. Jabaly believes in individualized attention, and administers to his patients’ physical and spiritual needs. Dr. Jabaly follows a holistic approach to medicine. CPNP, Monica Wilson, shares this holistic care philosophy. Monica uses more than a strict medical approach with children; she uses a caring, individualized approach, and tackles health issues in children head on. She is knowledgeable about ADHD and obesity in children, and educates parents about preventative approaches. She seeks to help children with medical conditions that lead to weight problems, such as hypo-thyroidism and metabolic syndrome. Children are her passion. She works with children in the age range from birth to 21.

The MN Angels Adult and Pediatric Clinics’ programs are all encompassing. Patient services include medical management, acute care medicine, internal medicine, a guaranteed weight loss program, women’s care services, skin care/hair loss, intervention treatments, cardiology, pain relief, lab services and prescription medication at deep discounts.  All patients will receive the expertise of medical doctors, chiropractors, nutritionists, and psychologists. We offer meal programs, weight-loss consultation, smoking cessation advice and more. The Prestige Health Care Wellness Program also offers lab testing, assessments of the patient’s health, medical consultation based on findings, alternative health expertise, and chiropractic care for evaluation, massage therapy, needle-less acupuncture, and vitamin, mineral and herbal supplementation during your visit with the doctor. Dr. Jabaly has made health care extremely affordable. Innovative medical care is offered here for those even without insurance. We have also made office calls, outpatient testing and prescriptions inexpensive for the patients. Hours of operation in Wauseon are Mondays and Wednesdays, from 3:30 pm-6:30 pm.
