Launched in August of this year, the Oracle Link website offers a community-based single point of call for anything Oracle-related. Members include IT professionals, Oracle end users, Oracle technicians, Oracle employees and Oracle partners.
Says Xynomix Marketing Executive Jules Pedersen, "Oracle Link allows Xynomix to communicate with the wider Oracle community and offer advice where required."
The move to Oracle Link Partnership is part of a wider effort that sees Xynomix positioning themselves as a more interactive business, offering personalised Oracle services with specific customer focus.
According to Jules Pedersen, "Oracle Link is yet another example of how important it is to listen to Oracle end users, employees, technicians...they all have something influential to say that can help businesses like Xynomix improve. We joined with Oracle Link to offer Oracle expertise, but we can also learn from the Oracle community."
Forums and interest groups hosted by Oracle Link include Database DBMS, Business Intelligence, Application Server/Middleware and many others. The site gains approximately 100 new members per day.
