In the last 3 weeks I have gotten a personal note delivered to Chancelor Merkel in Berlin asking her to call Bush.
On 25 th September 2008 I met with President Gul of Turkey and finalized a healthcare INFOstrcture for 73 million Turkish Citizens demonstrating that when government policy is to improve healthcare and citizens at grassroots level are willing to participate in the solution then a US Turkey cooperation and collaboration is possible.

Last week, Sarkosky was handed a personal note from me to call President Bush to sign the Executive Order and also arrange for me to meet DSK at the IMF as an alternative to Bush. IMF has $252 billion of cash and they can easily issue the guarantee.
