Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty (DGSIR), one of the nation’s leading realtors, recently received two of the top honors at the 13th Annual Luxury Real Estate (LRE) Fall Conference in Philadelphia. President and CEO Patricia Petersen was inducted into Luxury Real Estate’s prestigious “Billionaires Club” and Daniel Gale Sotheby’s marketing efforts received the “Best Overall Marketing Package” award.
As its name suggests, LRE’s “Billionaires Club” is reserved for the top of the real estate hierarchy. Of 1,500 LRE member brokerages worldwide, only three per year are even considered for this honor. Patricia Petersen, in accepting the award, acknowledged the hard work and accomplishments of all 600 Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty associates.
James Phelps Retz, Sr. Vice President of Marketing and Technology for DGSIR accepted the “Best Overall Marketing Package Award.” Under his leadership, the organization’
s corporate marketing and IT department has consistently developed high-quality, state-of-the-
industry, marketing collateral materials, direct mail systems, print and web-based marketing, an award-winning website, videos, and very consistent Brand integration.
