The focus switched to the public sector policy and budget for 2008 to 2012. At the White House Faith-based conference, President Bush renewed his call to action to us all and Directors, Secretaries, Governors and faith-based leaders all posed with me for photographs with the President's Legacy - Hope on Africa plan. I won the support of the Muslim's for following Prophet Mohamed’s teachings on widows and orphans.
Now every faith was firmly behind us and ready to unite to mobilize 13 million Virtual Parents for an orphan each.
Rosemary Segero, our Director of Women in Africa hugged President Bush and the White House published the image all over the world.

The bill was suddenly held by Senator DeMint..I quickly made a video and called him to work at the highest level for the greatest good.

His staff had just returned from Africa so I requested that he took me to the President and be a HERO for getting the public sector policy and budget passed AND the $55 bn investment from the private sector. Again, no action, then we discovered his plans to run for President in 2012 and that his hold was a political ploy to get his name listed on the legislation.
Oh, Have I prayed for just one man or woman on the inside of the system to have the courage to do what is needed for the right reason.
