The maximum exposure time would be chosen by the user. The eye-glasses could detect motion & reduce the exposure time when moving, which would show a clear image while moving yet a long exposure time image when stable.
The eye-glasses could also have a motion detection system to ignore minor motion - the eye-glasses would show a stable image that continued showing a long term exposure image.
The eye-glasses could store video & images. The eye-glasses could have optical zoom - they could be binoculars. The eye-glasses would have to be powered, probably by a battery. The eye-glasses would need a computer processor, memory, drive space, lenses, & other parts that are used by a digital camera.
