SecureMail provides a fully automated, comprehensive outbound email security and content policy solution that automatically secures and encrypts email without the need for end user encryption/decryption software, or website registration.
How it works... when personally identifiable information, and/or content policy based content is found in an outbound email message, Erado’s SecureMail secures and encrypts the original message and sends it as an attachment to the recipient. A few seconds later a second message is sent with the password in human readable format. The user simply clicks on the original attachment, enters the password and views the secure message.
SecureMail will work with any existing mail server or service and is transparent to email archiving and compliance solutions allowing for unencrypted archiving and supervision.
