My name is Steven Hunt, and I have created QVB-Store to bring better quality and value in products that are offered to home shoppers.
After a prolonged period of illness that has resulted in a partial hearing disability, I have spent a great deal of time, money and effort in developing QVB Store.

Partnering with our main suppliers at Midwich has allowed QVB Store to carry a broad range of AV (Audio/Visual)
Having a dedicated account manager at Midwich allows QVB Store to resolve any issues with stock availability and delivery with one phone call… Our dedicated account manager at Midwich, Karlton Gray, not only provides these standard services, but also allows a more personable and bespoke approach to our business operations, a much neglected benefit these days.
Security when taking customer payment details online is provided through an integrated account with WorldPay. Merchant services allow QVB Store to not only take payment with all major credit and debit cards, but also allow us to take American Express card payments.
Bringing all these together for presentation to our customers requires substantial web development. Sourcing the right IT partners for web development is essential and with Yew Tree Digital we have developed the QVB Store site to the highest standards without using templates or standard shopping cart software. This bespoke approach results in an easy to navigate, aesthetically pleasing and robust design.
