Barb Schwarz, the Creator of Home Staging®, is the Founder and current President of IAHSP. She will be moving into the role of Chairwoman of the Board for IAHSP, and the President for 2009-2010 will be Jennie Norris, ASPM from California, and current Vice President of IAHSP. Jeanne Westmoreland, ASPM from Georgia, will serve as President Elect., and Sandra Holmes, ASPM from Florida, will serve as the IAHSP Secretary. Kirk Bohrer, ASPM from California, is the IAHSP Treasurer and Kay Dobbins, ASPM from Texas, will serve as the IAHSP Ethics Chair. Jan Whitlow, ASPM from Florida, is the IAHSP Vendor/Sponsor Director and Trish Kim, ASPM from Virginia, will serve as the IAHSP Membership Director. Linda Pufford, ASPM from California, is the IAHSP Chapter Program Director, and Jane Ann Lance, ASPM from Mississippi, will serve as the "Go for the Gold" Director. Bette Vos, ASPM from Alabama, is the IAHSP Foundation Ambassador Director and Carolyn Stieger, ASPM from Michigan, will serve as the IAHSP Foundation Project Director. Sharon Sanchez, ASPM from Florida, has agreed to be the IAHSP Chapter Site Director and Marcyne Touchton, ASPM from North Carolina, is the IAHSP Communications/
IAHSP is also served by Dan Skoglund, ASPM from Illinois, as the Corporate Vendor/Sponsor Director, Michelle Beste, ASPM from California as the IAHSP Director of Operations, Mandy Flores, ASP, Executive Director, and Shannon Ward, ASP, IAHSP Coordinator.
These dedicated men and women are successful Home Stagers and leaders in the Home Staging industry in the states and cities where they live and serve their clients. Each has helped grow IAHSP chapters in their region, and represent the IAHSP Association at local and national events.
IAHSP Members number in the thousands and since 1999 have set the standards for excellence in Home Staging. IAHSP is open to all Home Stagers and in order to qualify for membership, Home Staging professionals must first meet educational standards set by IAHSP. Members must also adhere to a strict code of ethics and quality standards set by IAHSP. The education selected by IAHSP for membership is the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) Designation offered by Stagedhomes.com (www.Stagedhomes.com)
IAHSP hosts the only international Home Staging Convention and for six years has provided a high-level forum for learning, association and business networking. IAHSP is the only association that serves communities through a non-profit IAHSP Foundation and the Worldwide Staging Service Week® (WWSSW®). Members of IAHSP identify a group or individual in need and donate time, dollars and creativity to help Stage a house, office, or non-profit group building.
