The term of the lease is for 122 months, beginning November 1, 2008.  The landlord for Ptarmigan at Cherry Creek is Hamilton-Titan Partners, LLC.  Jones Lang LeSalle represented The Boardroom at Cherry Creek in the transaction and Cushman & Wakefield represented Hamilton-Titan Partners.
