This official recognition offers interesting opportunities to eligible French private companies to benefit from significant tax relief (Crédit d'Impôt sur la Recherche) on expenses for R & D work carried out by tebu-bio laboratories on their behalf.
The accreditation obtained by tebu-bio is valid for three years from 2008 through to 2010 and is attributed by the Ministry to companies having demonstrated “originality or substantial improvement”
in the creation or improvement of a product or process.
Laurent Lavaissière (Laboratory Manager – tebu-bio Laboratories)
explains that “Since the creation of our laboratory in 2001, tebu-bio has always focused on innovation and performance. Our accreditation is official recognition of our capacity to offer innovative solutions, in particular the SilenciX cell-lines for long-term silencing of genes by RNAi, as well as custom R&D services for private and academic institutions in a variety of research areas”.
