New Patent Pending in Indian Real-Estate

After much objection and many rewrites, the Indian patent office finally gave us a regitration number 2400/DEL/2008.  The title of the patent is "satellite real-estating."
Below is announcement goverment requires person in pendency to tell public  in the form of a warning:

To all concerned, let it be known that my client  M/S RajBhoomi.com, of D-22 ShantiPath, Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan,  India and in accordance with Indian Laws would like to declare that my above-named client  through the use of a combination of satellite imagery, 3d design along with web-enabling of the same, has created  a satellite Based Technique which is called "Satellite Real-Estating."  With this technique, one can not only view a township or a project, but also, the technique can show how the land or property will look in the future after it has been constructed.
