Secure your Exhibit Space Now at the 2009 Southern Building Show and Conference

Oct. 23, 2008 - PRLog -- Exhibit space information for the sixteenth annual Southern Building Show and Conference is now available for potential exhibitors. The Southern Building Show is the Southeast’s premier event for builders, remodelers and design professionals. Exhibitors receive a front row seat to the best networking event in the building industry and are able to see immediate results by generating leads, qualifying leads and making sales – all in one location. The 2009 Southern Building Show is sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Georgia (HBAG) and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA). Prime exhibit space is still available for the 2009 show, which will be held June 4-6, 2009 at the Cobb Galleria Centre.

There are several major initiatives planned for 2009 that have been developed in response to feedback from both the supplier and builder community:

- Free Advance Registration for every qualified builder and remodeler to walk the trade show floor.
- Show pattern shifted to Thursday, Friday and Saturday in response to exhibitor and builder request. The 2009 show will be Thursday, June 4, 2009 through Saturday, June 6, 2009.
- Hands-on advisory committee comprised of builder members and supplier members of both GAHBA and HBAG.
- Expanded conference agenda that draws builders and remodelers featuring relevant, timely and convenient programs.
- Aggressive year round promotion including support and endorsement from state and local organizations and publications.
- Eco-Lumina Showcase Home provides builders and remodelers an opportunity to see first hand “green building” products used in a newly constructed home as well as a recently renovated home.
- HomeAid Atlanta charity tie-in to help fight homelessness by bringing together builders, community leaders and trade partners.
- Live, hands-on product demonstrations and skills challenges featuring innovative uses of new materials and latest tools.
- Product giveaways on the floor to draw attendees to the floor and help exhibitors promote their product long after the show.
- Networking events to provide additional opportunities to meet with builders, including the always popular “Big Bash” on the trade show floor on Thursday and the new Friday night party featuring local favorites Banks and Shane.
- The Southern Building Show Exhibitor Challenge will help get the word out about the show. The top three exhibitors that bring the most customers will be awarded a $3,000 credit toward booth space in 2010.
