Strippers And Showgirls Score Big Television Break

PR Log (Press Release) – Oct 23, 2008 – Las Vegas, NV– Las Vegas-based indie- film group Vision Dynamics Entertainment has started production on an original television pilot called VEGAS SCHMEGAS. The show surrounds the comical daily grind of Vegas cliches such as Strippers, Showgirls and would-be Lounge Singers. The show will be filmed at various locations around Las Vegas beginng in November, and will feature all Las Vegas talent.

Vision Dynamics Entertainment has been shooting indie film in Las Vegas for a decade. Despite the challenges facing Hollywood outsiders, the group of inspiring filmmakers maintains their dreams of launching a film movement from Las Vegas. The team plans to use the twenty-five minute presentation as a pitch for cable television. The creators are also not ruling out the possibilities of finding local businesses to sponsor the show for play on local television venues.

Vegas Schmegas is a sketch comedy show that revolves around comical Las Vegas  residents. The show echoes the styles of other TV successes such as Little Britain and Kids in the Hall.
