Oct. 23, 2008 - PRLog -- Registration is now open for ULI Atlanta’s annual Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2009 conference. “Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2009: Best Bets and What to Avoid,” undertaken jointly by ULI and PricewaterhouseCoopers, provides an outlook on investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas and other real estate issues. This year’s conference is expected to be attended by over 350 local real estate leaders, and will be held Nov. 11, 2008 from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre.

“'Emerging Trends in Real Estate' is a trends and forecast publication with a 30-year history, and is the most highly-regarded and widely-read forecast report in the real estate industry,” said Jeff DuFresne, executive director of ULI Atlanta. “The report provides very valuable industry information as well as a look ahead.”

The Keynote Presentation will be given by Jonathan Miller, author of “Emerging Trends in Real Estate®.” A panel discussion by leading Atlanta real estate executives will follow his presentation. Tad Leithead, Senior Vice President, Cousins Properties will serve as panel moderator and panelists will include Rick Bradshaw, Managing Director, Opportunity Investing Group, Bullock Mannelly Partners; Jason Tessler, Vice President, ING Investment Management; Eugene James, Director, Atlanta Region, Metrostudy, and Lyle B. Fogarty, Vice President of Development, Crescent Resources,LLC.
