Wheeltags - 60mm and Disc Now Available

Oct. 22, 2008 - PRLog -- CARMEL, Indiana – Wheeltags™ has introduced two new sizes for cyclists to tag their ride and Roll With Style. 60mm and disc sizes, along with the already available 16mm and 38mm Wheeltags help to flesh out Series One offerings. The announcement provides triathletes and cyclists alike the chance to add unique graphic elements to their deeper dish rims and discs in any of the popular Series One designs.

“These new sizes add great depth to the Wheeltags product category. As cyclists begin to see the benefits of the riding and racing on deep rimmed wheel technology, we knew it was vital to offer these sizes to our Wheeltags audience,” says Kevin Koval Sales Director and one of the founding three members of Wheeltags™.

Wheeltags™ are designed to be compatible with various wheel materials, rim depths and are flexible enough to conform to dimpled rims. The installation of a set of tags on one wheel is no more time consuming than changing a flat and instructions are included with each Wheeltags™ set, as well as a small tool to help with the process. An online video of an installation is also available on the Wheeltags™ website. Weighing less than 2g* PER tag (for the 38mm), cyclists concerned about additional weight can make educated application decisions accordingly. Sizes are based on minimum rim depth and an easy to read size chart is available on Wheeltags.com to help riders select the correct size for their wheels, regardless of brand.  Clinchers and tubulars alike can have Wheeltags™ applied to their rims.

Pricing and Availability
Wheeltags™ are now available in 60mm and Disc sizes, with a retail price of $46 (US) and $225 (US) respectively. Series One can be purchased on www.wheeltags.com or from your favorite local bike shop. For a limited time only, Wheeltags is offering introductory disc pricing for $150 (US). The 16mm, 38mm and 60mm Wheeltags™ are sold in sets of 6 tags, which allow Wheeltaggers the ability to create two different types of application affects, as well as tremendous creative freedom across their bike. The discs are sold in sets of 2 tags, which is enough to cover both sides of a disc wheel.
