San Francisco, CA - Level 9 Technology Inc. has released a free plugin for Windows Internet Explorer that lets users download streaming flash videos from most websites, like YouTube, Break, and CNN. FlashCatch version 1.0.0.2 is less than 500KB and installs instantly and unobtrusively in the toolbar. To download a streaming movie to the hard drive users simply click on the FlashCatch icon and select which movie to download.
