CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee – Precept Ministries announces the addition of Tom Hall as the organization’
“Precept Ministries is taking a proactive stance in planning for its future,” Kay Arthur, beloved teacher, author and TV/radio personality states. “While many organizations are in a panic, we are not. We are excited about the upcoming year and are so blessed to have incredible talent such as Tom join our team.”
Hall has worked in the fast-paced and demanding fashion industry for thirty-seven years. His experience includes sales, marketing, sourcing, production, and most recently as the president of several different divisions and companies. Responding to the speed of change in the fashion industry has taught him many lessons and helped to prepare him for the rapidly changing global world that we live in today.
Tom will not replace Kay or any other leader in the ministry. He will complement the current staff with his much needed operational insight and business-building skills. By managing the key administrative duties, the other executive staff, Kay Arthur, David Arthur and Pete De Lacy, will be free to do what God has designed them to do – teach, write and sculpt the ministry’s message and inductive Bible study products.
The move to ministry marks Hall’s commitment to his faith as he literally walks away from the financial security of the corporate world to serve the kingdom with Precept Ministries. He has a long history with the ministry as a Precept student, Bible study leader, and frequent tour attendee. Hall serves as Church Chairman at the Cornerstone Evangelical Free Church in Easton, PA. He and his wife, Sally, will be relocating to the Chattanooga area.
