Cutting-edge artist, Anjal TS artwork, “Murderous Road of Gold” will be highlighted at the Art Knows No Borders, an art, literary, and music event to raise awareness of the effects of war, ethnic conflicts, and genocide on present and subsequent generations. All proceeds from the November 18th event held in Hollywood, CA “Safari Sam’s” will go to Doctors Without Borders, an organization committed to bringing quality medical care to people caught in crisis regardless of race, religion, or political affiliation.
Along with over 500 art participants, International artist, Anjal’s limited-edition piece was donated from her current collection entitled "Gaia - The Spirit of the Earth” a full-scale blowout of 20 paintings of Oils, Acrylics, bejeweled in 24k Gold leafing, copper and metallic elements. “Using some of the natural elements of Mother Earth is what truly signifies her power, warmth, and purity. The main element I favored in all its symbolic designation is “gold”, said Anjal of her latest collection of artworks that shimmers in opulence and golden warmth unseen in the contemporary art world of today.
“Artists are like the mirrors of the world painting only an abstract reflection of all its opposites and similarities. In a world of perpetual suffering, the arts offer the possibility of an appeal to a higher self. To simply understand what the eyes can interpret beyond words. “Preserving life must come first, and that is one of the many reasons why “Doctors without Borders” go beyond the limits to help someone medically,” said Anjal. “If a picture can speak a thousand words, then I hope in some small way, it will convey a dedicated optimism, light, and glory towards a group of brave men and women who already possess these great qualities of unselfish determination to provide a healing hand to the unseen war torn regions of the world,” adds Anjal TS, who has currently teamed up with artist’s group “Crème de la Art” to exhibit selected pieces of her latest collection at the Hangen Thompson Gallery located on Palm Beach, Florida’s famous “Worth Avenue” from November 1st thru April 30th.
