Master Licensee Don O’Leary has named Pierre-Yves Lefebvre an ActionCOACH in France.
For now, Lefebvre will operate from his home-office in the region of Savoy.
Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, Lefebvre was General Manager of the French branch of Haag-Streit International – a Swiss group that specializes in ophthalmologic instruments.
“When I began in this branch, in 2001, sales reached 2.2M Euros, with a loss of 1M Euros. Two years later, balance was reached and sales shot up to 7.5M Euros,” he said.
Lefebvre used his passion for coaching when he helped his successor take over the reins upon his own retirement.
“I coached him to take over from me successfully and efficiently;
This intensive coaching experience developed in Lefebvre a taste for business coaching.
“I was tired of corporate life and now wanted a harmonious lifestyle,” he said. “Coaching has always come naturally to me and ActionCOACH is a great way for me to carry out my passion; the company has proven and tested tools that will help me practice business coaching more effectively.”
A member of the Association for the Progress of Management (APM), Lefebvre is also actively involved with the Choir and Sailing Clubs.
