Psychometrics Canada is pleased to announce a partnership with Neesham Consulting for exclusive distribution of the Work Personality Index (WPI) in Romania. The assessment will be marketed in both English and Romanian.
Since entering the European Union (EU), retaining employees has become a key organizational issue in Romania. The labour mobility of employees in EU nations has resulted in many Romanian workers moving to countries where they can earn higher wages. In the face of this increased competition for skilled workers, Romanian organizations are looking at ways to better meet employees’ financial needs and personal values. Organizations use assessments such as the WPI to improve management-employee relations and increase person-job fit. The WPI is an advanced measure of personality that is used for the selection of new employees, leadership development and personal coaching.
“We are looking forward to working with Neesham Consulting in Romania,” says Mark Fitzsimmons, Managing Director of Psychometrics Canada. “They have the expertise and infrastructure required to successfully market the Work Personality Index in Romania.” Neesham Consulting joins a growing list of distributors of the WPI in the following countries: Canada, the United States, Australia and South Africa. The WPI is currently available in both English and French Canadian.
