GLOBALINX® will begin marketing Covad’s Voice-Optimized Access (VOA) T1, Bonded T1, SDSL and ADSL services through its GLOBALINX® Commercial Services Group and its tens of thousands of  active Independent Representatives.

Covad's VOA is a broadband access service that powers VoIP services from more than 50 wholesale partners nationwide. The service prioritizes voice traffic over data on Covad's managed nationwide network. The resulting connection minimizes packet loss, maximizes network utilization, and is designed to provide a superior voice service.
