This easy to use program supports both, cumulative and itemized CAM setting that completely automates the distribution of common-area costs among tenants, on a prorated share. The commercial version of Property Boulevard also supports utility billings in residential properties. The commercial module of Property Boulevard facilitates distribution of actual costs as well as accrued expenses with flexible adjustment at each level (property, unit, and tenant).
The Common-Area-Maintenance recovery and reconciliation module is fully integrated with accounts-payable, journal-entries, and billings of estimated expenses. In edition to the distribution of over-head expenses among the tenants, on a pro-rata share, Property Boulevard enables a unique setting that includes minimum-maximum billing amounts for each period. Collection may be fully automated via ACH, which eliminate data-entry of payments received as well as payments processes at the tenant’s end.
