Shelby Hill, Relationship Empowerment Coach
Shelby Hill is a Relationship Empowerment Coach committed to helping women, men and professionals develop strong long term healthy connections within their personal lives and careers. Shelby will receive his Certified Empowerment Coach (CEC) certification from IPEC, (Institute of Professional Empowerment Coaching) training program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) in Dec. 2008. This certification completes his qualifications as a Life, Corporate or Small business empowerment coach. He will earn the Professional Certified Coach credential (PCC) through the ICF in 2009. In addition, Shelby is a member of the Tampa Bay Professional Coaches Association (TBPCA), Ambassador of iPECs Life Potentials Program and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Shelby Hill encompasses more than 15 years of experience as a corporate sales facilitator, for Fortune 500 companies, and as a business owner. He is a University of South Florida graduate and alumni, coupled with an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
After years of the fast paced sales and participation in the training environment and the development of numerous professional and personal relationships, I determined that the reason for success in any capacity of a relationship is largely dependent upon your connection with individuals. Effective communication, empowering questions, acknowledgment, validation are all indisputable elements to healthy long lasting connections to people in marriage, dating, partners, lover, friends, and professionally.
Shelby’s intention is to connect with women and men across the world to help them explore and enhance their capabilities of attracting and maintaining healthy relationships, in turn will bring prosperity and incredible joy into their lives. It is his determination to see as many women and men as possible who desire true love and a healthy relationship come to fruition. It is Shelby’s passion to see professionals in the corporate arena create a peaceful productive environment for themselves and others simply by enhancing their connect-ability, communication, and attitudes.
Shelby M. Hill is married and lives in Florida with his wife British Hill. They are loving parents to their young adult son, Julian, who attends college in Chicago.
