Colleen Cook to Speak at Saint Elizabeth Medical Center's 2nd Annual Bariatric Patient Reuni

Salt Lake City, UT - August 21, 2008 - Thirteen year Weight-loss veteran and President of Bariatric Support Centers International, Colleen M. Cook will speak at the Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center's 2nd Annual Bariatric Patient Reunion in Lincoln, Neb. to educate participants about long term bariatric support.

           Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center is listed among "America's Best Hospitals" by U.S. News & World Report. The Bariatric Center at Saint Elizabeth's has helped thousands change their lives while reaching their weight-loss goals.

           Cook, a successful weight-loss surgery patient from 1995, is the founder and president of Bariatric Support Centers International; a company that specializes in providing education and support services for weight-loss surgery patients. She is a also the founder and former chair of the National Support Group Network for Allied Health Sciences, a committee of the American Society for Bariatric Surgery.

Cook will present one of her most requested topics, "Lessons from Long-Term Losers." She will be presenting on Saturday, October 18, at 9:00 AM. The event will be held at the Saint Elizabeth Region Medical Center.
