Portland, OR October, 10th 2008 - TripCost.com has finally released an application designed to help drivers in North America estimate their total cost of gas when traveling.
Our application takes 4 major variables into consideration when calculating a users gas cost. Their starting point, ending point, national gas price average and the average miles per gallon of their vehicle. Each of these 4 features can be modified, and the results display within seconds. We also give users the ability to search via airport codes, i.e. San Francisco, CA (SFO) to Portland, OR (PDX) will yield the same results as a direct "San Francisco" to "Portland, OR" search would.
