As one of the world’s leading private research institutions, USC depends on a large and diverse contingent-labor pool to augment the talents of its full-time faculty and staff. USC sought a partnership with a managed service provider to help departments more quickly and efficiently request and locate temporary-worker talent, and to facilitate central administration’
