Dawne Smith Gee has been named an honored member in media by Princeton Premier.

PR Log (Press Release) – Oct 10, 2008 – Dawne Smith Gee is a news anchor for Wave3, an NBC affiliate television news channel, based in Louisville, Kentucky.  Dawne has been in this capacity since 1998 and is depended on to present the daily news, investigate and write about news worthy events and cover community activities.  Dawne is well known in the Kentucky area and widely admired for her proficiency and professionalism.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Louisville and is pursuing a master’s degree in communications.  Dawne is equally active within the community on a personal level and supports the MS Society, is a board member of the Lucas Foundation and is on the board of directors of the Brain Injury Association of Kentucky.  In her spare time, Dawne enjoys going to the movies, reading and being with family and friends.
