The Executive Centre Opens Its Sixth Serviced Office Centre in Hong Kong
The 18,790 square-foot new centre is located on the 23rd floor of One Island East, and contains 202 workstations, 4 meeting rooms, 2 boardrooms with cutting edge videoconferencing technology, and 3 facilities areas.
Clients have already begun to rush to fill up the highly anticipated new facility, as The Executive Centre has disclosed it has already achieved a 45% occupancy rate prior to opening.
