Key West, Florida - Start-up website is giving employees incentive to brag out or rat out their boss; dollars directed toward the charity of their choice. Besides providing employees insight into how well their boss is performing, the website is contributing to charities for the report cards employees create.
Head to The Boss Report Card (http://thebossreportcard.com) and anonymously answer a few questions about your boss and we will create a report card for five critical management traits. The grades are also consolidated with other report cards contributed by your co-workers to come up with overall grades. The five traits are Relationships, Communications, Ethics, Vision, and Equity.
The big bonus is that we contribute to your selected charity for your report card. You have an opportunity to review and change the report card before committing it to our website’s database. During the review, you may select one of three charities that we will sponsor. The charities are Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Make A Wish, and the American Red Cross. The website donates $10,000.00, divided among the charities according to everyone’s selections, for every million report cards contributed.
