A Factual Political Thriller of the World’s Super Powers

A Claytons Defense is an unprecedented novel about extravagant waste, immoral politicking and bureaucratic empire-building.

Oct. 10, 2008 - PRLog -- Author Stan Krasnoff draws from his personal experience in Vietnam and his tour of duty as a lieutenant-colonel which gave him unlimited access to the goings-on and maneuverings of the world’s powerful elite.

This stunning account spans the globe and gives the reader an up close and personal view of the United States presidential administration, from Gerald Ford to George Bush.  It is the story of Australia’s fearful search for a guardian beginning in 1942 and finally finding McArthur, the Lion of Luzon before the Japanese invasion.  America, loving a hero, regaled this strategy as a military coup and American and Australian troops traipsed through Vietnam and the Middle East.

Krasnoff’s honest and brilliant descriptions of the waste of public monies for defense and the bureaucratic fat cats that wreak havoc on the structure that makes up our security during times of war will cause you to question the genesis of how their power became standard practice.  You will be appalled at his revelations that shed an unflattering light on the most powerful men in the world and their arrogant attitude toward the people who look to them for leadership and support.

This historical and factual novel chronicles the world’s superpower and its allies’ political and military history.  Its fascinating exposure of the powerful machinations of world leaders reads like a fast-paced fiction in the vein of Wambaugh’s The Onion Field.
