Mr. Keiper has over 30 years of business experience, more than 20 of which have been in the management of software, technology and IT product distribution, system integration and services organizations. He is the former CEO of Hypercom Corporation and the former Chairman and CEO of Artisoft, Inc. Mr. Keiper previously served as President and COO of MicroAge, Inc. He has served on the Boards of Directors of six U.S. public companies, several private companies, and a non-profit organization. Mr. Keiper has degrees in business and law, and a Master's in International Management from the Thunderbird American Graduate School of International Management.
