When running from a removable drive, you can load Personal Knowbase data files from that drive or the local computer. If you store your data files on the removable drive, the software knows to look for them there, even when you move to another computer using different drive letters. The new version also improves productivity by adding a spell-checker and additional paragraph format options. Exporting includes a new option to export notes to standard CSV files, readable by spreadsheet and database programs.
