Richmond, VA –- The Income Tax School has been nominated as a 2008 Greater Richmond Company to Watch (GRCTW), an annual event recognizes a select group of innovative companies with high growth potential.

The Income Tax School (ITS) is the nation’s premier provider of tax education for tax preparers and accounting professionals. ITS’s real-world curriculum is developed by tax industry professionals and managers and delivered nationwide via both e-learning and live classroom instruction.
Currently, tax preparers are regulated only in California, Oregon and, beginning in 2009, Maryland. However, imminent Federal legislation will require IRS to regulate tax preparers nationwide, which will create great demand for the education provide by ITS. The Income Tax School currently is a provider of the required education in California and Oregon and is preparing to capitalize on the substantial nationwide market opportunity that will be presented by IRS licensing.
