, , - Members of The Apostolate for Family Consecration traveled to Rome this week to present their “Consecration in Truth Program” to participants of the Synod of Bishops. Family Apostolate members hope to share this easy-to-use plan for reigniting the fervor of evangelization and religious formation in families and parishes throughout the world.
The Family Apostolate’s “Consecration in Truth Program” centers around “The Apostolate’s Family Catechism,” a simple yet complete presentation of the faith supported by Sacred Scripture, Vatican II, papal and other Church documents and spiritual writings.
The seminar covers practical ways to help families bring Scripture into their daily lives using “The Apostolate’s Family Catechism.” The seminar also teaches how to spread the truths of our Faith using Francis Cardinal Arinze’s commentaries on topics found in the Family Catechism, available free online.
Presentations on the “Consecration in Truth Program” will be held on the second floor of the Augustinian Institute for Patristic Studies on Oct. 8-10 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., with time after for questions and answers. All presentations will be given in English, French, Italian, and Spanish. Private meetings and training sessions may also be scheduled from Oct. 5th to 14th.
