Barbara Trombley is a retired professional opera singer, actor, and director who has traveled and performed throughout the world.  Wheelchair bound after a bout with polio hasn’t slowed her down--she now writes fulltime and continues to perform. She misses teaching music, drama, and humanities which she did for many years.  Ms. Trombley is currently working on the sequel to Muted Melody.  She lives on Cape Cod, Massachusetts with her beloved Yorkie, Dandy Dancer.  This is her first novel.
