Bienvenuti Chef Antonio Cannavacciuolo

From 3 to 7 November, Focaccia at Hyatt Regency Dubai welcomes chef Antonio Cannavacciuolo of the renowned Michelin two-star Italian Ristorante Hotel Villa Crespi with support of Lufthansa, Farm-Fresh LLC and Middle East Trading Corp. For five days, he brings his award-winning cuisine to Dubai and guests can prepare to be wowed by outstanding lunch and dinner set menus, such as:

Lunch: three-course set menu, priced at AED150 per person

Gragnano noodles with squid, Coimo bread sauce

Amberjack, tomato and salt cod cream sauce, Burrata cheese and “friarielli”
~
Creamy coconut with warm 70% bitter chocolate, spicy roasted pineapple

Dinner: extract of a la carte menu

Scallops and scampi, spring onions in lemon, green apple and celeriac infusion

Caspian Seafood

Treat yourself to the ultimate taste of the fruits of the Caspian Sea at Shahrzad. A selection of lunch and dinner set menus will offer only the freshest seafood from Iran, including the best fish from the Caspian Sea and the best of local aromatic herbs from around the region. The five-course set-menu includes the delicacy of the Tsars, caviar, served family-style and is priced at AED400 per person (min two persons). The four-course set menu is priced at AED225 per person. Both menus are available daily from 12:30pm to 3:30pm for lunch and 8:00pm to 1:00am for dinner. Bookings can be made under +971 4 317 2222.

Wines of the World

With a changing selection of wines from vineyards around the world, The Bar introduces “Wines of the World”. Every three month, a special wine list offering the finest examples will accompany the regular drinks menu. Our first selection comes from Chile and wines will be described and displayed in the middle of The Bar. Wines have never been more accessible and wine-lovers have an almost endless opportunity to explore grapes from the old and the new worlds daily from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Prices are per glass or bottle according to the wine list.
