Scarimbolo and Barrett form a Badass Haircut!

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 6, 2008 - A Production Company has been formed by the Independent film World’s two most shining stars – Bo Barrett (Marie Antoinette) and Adam Scarimbolo (A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints).

Badass Haircut Productions is the brainchild of Bo Barrett, but he has some help from the equally creative Adam Scarimbolo, David Blue (Ugly Betty), Bill Parks (Monster Ark) and Gil Menchaca (The Guardian), who have come onboard as producers for BHP.  The goal of Badass Haircut is to create projects that are both thought provoking and innovative.  Their first project entitled ‘Fireflies’, is about two young adults who have grown up together in a small town and decide to leave the simple life and it’s worries behind. It is set to begin filming early 2009 and will be released in the late 4th Quarter.

Bo Barrett is the son of famed film Production Designer K.K. Barrett.  He began acting just out of high school and has appeared in films with such notables as Sam Lloyd, Kirsten Dunst, and Scott L. Schwartz.

Badass Haircut is set to develop and produce 4 feature films by the end of 2010 with a two already in the process.
