Transformations Treatment Center has contracted Integrity Way as it's supportive housing partner to help house clients while attending it's 30,60,90 day Intensive Outpatient Program/Day Night treatment. Transformations primary focus is helping people who struggle with the disease of addiction, lack motivation and life skills training. Their three phase step down program helps their clients first become aware of their disease, learn the tools they need to recover, and build a support to help them continue in long term sobriety.
Transformations excellent clinical team has years of experience in the field of addiction. From the program director that has her certified addiction counseling degree, to the clinical director who has her PH.D. Transformations staff is ready to help those who are still sick and suffering from the disease of addiction.

Integrity Way has agreed to provide supportive housing for Transformations Treatment Center and will be slimming down from two in a bedroom with twin size beds to single beds with queen or king size beds for added comfort while in treatment. Integrity Way will also help with transportation of residents to outside recovery meetings, grocery shopping, community events and groups.
