Each year two “top” leaders are selected from the seven offices all throughout the United Kingdom. These top leaders have demonstrated the abilities to maintain consistent throughout their time with the organization. These leaders have also managed to teach and train other around them ensuring the success of the next future leaders. The award ceremony will take place on October 25th in London.
Each award will be presented on the individuals accountability to the company, consistency as a pace setter, professionalism (dress and mannerism), initiative, and ability to be a team player.
