IDX Broker Simplifies the Online Property Search Process for Realtor Judy Hansen’s Clients

PR Log (Press Release) – Sep 30, 2008 – EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. is excited to announce the addition of Judy Hansen with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage to the expanding database of Realtors simplifying the online real estate search for consumers by implementing a custom IDX solution.  The Internet Data Exchange (IDX) technology extracts the raw listing data from the MLS of Naples (Naples) and formats it to be displayed as a seamlessly integrated part of Hansen’s website. IDX Broker updates listings automatically so that Hansen has more time to interact with her clients and doesn’t have to worry about her customized data being out of date.

Using IDX search categories customized by Hansen, clients browsing Naples can now choose criteria from categories such as scenery, flooring, inclusions, and recreation. Clients can elect to save their searches and sign up to receive automatic email updates when properties matching their specifications become available on Naples. Hansen has access to this client contact information and saved search criteria via an administrative log-in so that she can follow up with these new leads and provide a more personalized search experience.

Through the administrative log-in section of IDX Broker, Hansen can manage all of her new leads, edit her custom CSS, and keep track of daily price increases and decreases as well as new and removed properties on Naples. A site traffic report on the dashboard details how often clients are visiting the site as well as which pages on the site are being viewed most frequently.  It is here that Hansen can create custom XML codes so that she can syndicate her listings to popular real estate sites such as Real Estate For Sale Network, Google Base, trulia, Zillow, and RSS Feed and increase her listings’ visibility online.

“I am originally from Indianapolis, Indiana where I graduated from Butler University with dual degrees in Public Relations and Spanish. I worked as a licensed Optician for 10 years before getting my license to sell mutual funds where I worked for First Investors out of New York. I was married to a German National where I worked for the U.S. Army for 2 years in Stuttgart, Germany. In 1992 I moved to Naples and traveled the U.S. and Germany opening new stores for TGI Friday's before getting my Real Estate License. I am a sailing enthusiast, have owned, captained and raced my own sailboat, a Catalina 28' and am now crewing on other race boats. I chaired the SW Florida Charity Regatta in 2001 and 2002 and the 'Hospice Regatta' in 2004 all in Naples. After being widowed, I recently married a fellow sailor in May of '04. I am currently the Commodore of the Gulf Coast Sailing Club of Naples.
