Middletown, NY – Gold’s Gym is launching its functional, integrated training program with the introduction of HumanSport™—a six-piece strength training circuit that replicates the movements of life. The HumanSport Program offers three different fully-customizable training modes to fulfill an unlimited number of member-specific real-life results from improving your golf swing to more comfortably picking up your grandkids.
