Joose's creator Steph White, (otherwise know as 'Joosey'), told us 'I actively participate in many Social Networking and Bookmarking Sites and have done for about eighteen months now, but I was always bothered by the enormous amount of information that just wasn't relevant to what I was looking for. Health and Fitness is a huge area to cover on it's own; there's medical conditions, diet, obesity and weight loss, bodybuilding, training, exercise and even the health and fitness of our pets.'
'The aim of Joose.us is to bring together like-minded people who want to learn from each other and share their knowledge too'. A global community working towards common goals, whether that be learning, teaching, increasing awareness or driving traffic to quality content on the internet'.
Joose.us further sets itself apart by offering a toolbar, which installs quickly and easily in Firefox, Flock or Internet Explorer browsers, giving users access to a variety of health related online tools, for example a BMI Calculator, Calorie Counter and nutritional information.
