To begin the interview, Steve Adubato stated “I’ve been doing broadcasting for, I don’t know, twenty-one or twenty-two years, and I don’t think there’s ever been an interview I’ve looked more forward to than this one.”
The author described his life and the dark, lonely road addiction led him down, and his inspirational story of getting sober and turning his life around.
What makes Stephen’s story exceptionally special is he is now the President of the Board at Turning Point Rehabilitation Center in Verona, NJ—a facility that would not even accept him as a patient twenty-five years earlier.
“Each interview I go on I have a chance to address the nationwide drug epidemic and share my story,” says Stephen. “Ultimately I hope my book will encourage others to learn from my mistakes and realize it is never too late to turn your life around.”
